Mesh Intelligent Technologies, Inc.'s Pieces ("Pieces", "we", "us", or "our") wants users to be satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be available for paid purchases of Pieces products, services, software, subscriptions, or other paid features ("Paid Services"). This Refund Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

Refund Eligibility
Pieces will provide a full refund for purchases made within the fourteen (14) days preceding the date of the refund request.
To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions and Renewals
If you purchase a subscription or other recurring Paid Service, this Refund Policy applies to each paid billing transaction separately.
For example, if your subscription renews, you may request a full refund of that renewal payment within fourteen (14) days of the renewal date. Refund requests for earlier billing periods are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. If you would like a refund for a recent subscription payment, you must request it within the fourteen (14) day refund period described above.
Consumers in the EU, UK, and Other Jurisdictions with Statutory Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants statutory cancellation or "cooling-off" rights, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the period provided by applicable law (generally fourteen (14) days), in addition to the rights described in this Refund Policy. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
Where you have requested that we begin providing digital content or services immediately during the withdrawal period, applicable law may affect your right to a refund once performance has begun. We will honor the refund rights required by the law applicable to you.

Your refund request should include sufficient information for us to identify your purchase, such as the email address associated with your Pieces account, the date of purchase, and any applicable order, invoice, or receipt information.
We may request additional information as reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and process the refund.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law or otherwise determined by Pieces in its discretion.
Most Pieces purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com, Inc. and its affiliates). Where Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, your refund will be issued through Paddle, and the refund may also be subject to Paddle's applicable terms.
The timing of a refund may vary depending on the applicable payment processor, payment method, card issuer, bank, or platform through which the purchase was made.
Purchases Made Through Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased Paid Services through a third-party platform, marketplace, app store, or reseller (for example, an operating-system app store), your purchase may be subject to that third party's refund policies and procedures.
In those cases, you may need to request the refund directly from the applicable third party, and Pieces may be unable to process the refund directly.
Enterprise and Custom Agreements
If you purchased Pieces under a Master Service Agreement, enterprise order, pilot, or other custom written agreement, the refund and termination terms of that agreement govern and control over this Refund Policy.
Abuse of Refund Policy
Pieces reserves the right to deny refund requests where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a user is abusing this Refund Policy — including through repeated purchases and refund requests, fraudulent activity, or other misuse of Pieces or the Paid Services.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time and for any reason, and will post the most current version on our website. You are bound by any changes to this Refund Policy when you purchase, access, or use Paid Services after such changes have been posted.
