Mesh Intelligent Technologies, Inc.'s Pieces ("Pieces", "we", "us", or "our") wants users to be satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be available for paid purchases of Pieces products, services, software, subscriptions, or other paid features ("Paid Services").

Refund Eligibility

Pieces will provide a full refund for purchases made within the fourteen (14) days preceding the date of the refund request.

To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and Renewals

If you purchase a subscription or other recurring Paid Service, this Refund Policy applies to each paid billing transaction separately.

For example, if your subscription renews, you may request a full refund of that renewal payment within fourteen (14) days of the renewal date. Refund requests for earlier billing periods are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges. If you would like a refund for a recent subscription payment, you must request the refund within the fourteen (14) day refund period described above.

How to Request a Refund

Your refund request should include sufficient information for us to identify your purchase, such as the email address associated with your Pieces account, the date of purchase, and any applicable order, invoice, or receipt information.

We may request additional information as reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and process the refund.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law or otherwise determined by Pieces in its discretion.

The timing of the refund may vary depending on the applicable payment processor, payment method, card issuer, bank, or platform through which the purchase was made.

Purchases Made Through Third-Party Platforms

If you purchased Paid Services through a third-party platform, marketplace, app store, payment processor, or reseller, your purchase may be subject to that third party's refund policies and procedures.

In those cases, you may need to request the refund directly from the applicable third party, and Pieces may be unable to process the refund directly.

Abuse of Refund Policy

Pieces reserves the right to deny refund requests where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a user is abusing this Refund Policy, including through repeated purchases and refund requests, fraudulent activity, or other misuse of Pieces or the Paid Services.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time and for any reason, and will post the most current version on our website. Users are bound by any changes to this Refund Policy when the user purchases, accesses, or uses Paid Services after such changes have been first posted.
