Planned service interruption with cloud-powered LLMs impacting Pieces Products

Starting on Monday, Nov 4th the Pieces Team identified an incident regarding cloud-powered LLMs.

The team is actively working on a hotfix to address this incident. As a result, we will be releasing a hotfix to PiecesOS and all products & plugins between November 5th & 6th.

During this window, users may experience outages with the Pieces Copilot across various products & plugins when using Cloud-Powered LLMs, such as Claude and Gemini.

Upon release, users will be required to update to version 10.1.12 of PiecesOS to restore service as normal.
