Workspace stuck on 'Loading your workspace...'
A stale session can prevent Portal from loading your organization. Force a logout and sign in again.
- Open the Portal logout page to sign out.
- Wait for the logout to complete, then open the Portal login page.
- Sign in with the account that owns or belongs to the organization.
- Select your organization from the workspace dropdown after signing in.
Cannot accept an organization invitation
Invitation links are tied to a specific email address. You must be signed in to the matching account.
- Confirm you are signed in to the account that received the invitation email.
- Click the invitation link directly from the email. Avoid copy-pasting if possible.
- If the link fails, sign in at the Portal login page first, then retry the link.
- Contact the organization admin to resend the invitation if it has expired.
Organization settings or models not syncing to Desktop
Desktop pulls organization settings after you sign in. If settings do not appear, verify membership and restart the app.
- Confirm you are a member of the organization in Portal.
- Check that an Owner or Admin has configured models and features in Organization Settings.
- Restart Pieces Desktop to trigger a settings sync.
- Open Settings → Models in Desktop and toggle on the models you want to use, then save.
